By accessing or using Whooshly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Whooshly is an AI tool that generates sound effects from text descriptions for video creators. You describe a moment in plain language and we generate matching audio you can preview and download.

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use Whooshly.

You agree not to use Whooshly to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, infringing, sexually explicit involving minors, or designed to harass others. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, or overload the service.

Whooshly offers a Free plan and a Whooshly Pro plan at $9/month, billed monthly. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future billing but does not retro- actively refund past charges, except as described in our Refund Policy.

Subject to these Terms, Whooshly grants you a worldwide, royalty-free license to use the sounds you generate in your personal and commercial video projects. You may not resell or redistribute generated sounds as standalone audio assets or sound packs.

The Whooshly name, branding, website, and software are owned by Whooshly. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that generated sounds will be suitable for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whooshly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues arising out of your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to us or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Whooshly is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
