Refund Policy

Whooshly Pro is billed monthly. You can cancel anytime from your account to stop future billing — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We offer a 7-day refund window on the first payment of a new Whooshly Pro subscription. If you're not happy within those first 7 days, email us and we'll refund the charge.

Email whooshly@outlook.com from the address associated with your account within the 7-day window. Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Paddle, and typically appear within a few business days.

Outside the 7-day window we do not offer refunds for partial months, including for subscriptions cancelled mid-cycle. You'll keep access to Whooshly Pro until the end of your paid period.
